ANA CARLA MAZA - CARIBE WORLD TOUR - VISUALS
A project for cellist & singer Ana Carla Maza
For Ana Carla Maza’s Caribe World Tour, I created a set of live visuals inspired by the richness of Latin American culture. With full creative freedom, I brought each song to life through colorful, hand-drawn animations that blend Caribbean vibes and playful illustration. A vibrant, rhythmic visual journey made to dance with the music.

This project involved creating animated visuals for the live shows of Ana Carla Maza, a Cuban cellist and singer who blends salsa, cumbia, tango, mambo, reggae, pop, and classical music.
The brief was clear and inspiring: a visual journey through Latin America, with cultural references that matched the musical diversity of her Caribe World Tour. From the start, I had full creative freedom to work in my own illustration style, which allowed me to produce expressive and highly personal pieces.
-
I drew inspiration from the tone of each song, building scenes with Caribbean atmospheres, textures, and references. The visual approach was about celebrating Latin American identity through fresh, playful, and rhythmic visuals.

A fast-paced and intense process: multiple visuals, tight deadlines, and a fully handmade approach. But it was also a joyful project with space to explore, play, and propose. Despite the pressure, it was absolutely worth it.
How did they look like?
